Cautions when using scoreboard
1. Confirm the Scoreboard Input Power is 110V or 220V .110V input
power are unable to use by 220V power socket.
2. Controller box is not waterproof, please avoid to touch the
water.
3. Don’t change any electronic part if there is no any professional
technician.
4. Not for Children under 12Years.
5. Stored in a dry environment, avoid direct sunlight.
6. Avoid heavy objects hit the front galss board.
Testing & Aging Steps
1. Test the Leds Chrominance and Angle in darkroom
( Using Equipment : Light Source Analysis System)
2. Test the Temperature and Humidity
(Using Equipment : High – Low Temp. & Variation Chamber)
3. Test the Seismic Performance
(Using Equipment : Transportation Vibration Testing Machine)
4.Test the waterproofing performance and long-term ponding water.
(Using Equipment : Splash Water Test Equipment )
5. Passed all above Testing ,product will be aging at least for
72Hours.
(Aging Method : Light the all leds and to be Flashing )
Installation Method
For Indoor Scoreboard :
1) Bracket / Bracket with wheels
2) Hanging with Hooks and it is dangly
3) Hanging on the Wall and it is fixed on wall
4) Hanging on the pillar with anchor ear
For Outdoor Scoreboard:
1) Portal Frame
2) Hanging on the Wall and it must be fixed
3) Hanging on the pillar with anchor ear
4) Bracket / Bracket with wheels ( Only for small size )
5) Hanging into Wall and Fixed
Attention Matters:
Dissipate Heat and Drainage – Inform us the installation method in
advance ,we will make
right method on scoreboard.
Maintenance – Easy to do maintance from front or back side .
