Provide detailed product manual, system operating and maintenance manual according to the contract list and will give the user the following training: systems operating, system and equipment maintenance

Repairing tenet: timely response, solve as soon as possible, ensure the using

4. Warranty period

Free for all maintenance service within the two years’ warranty, only need material cost+freight if beyond the warranty time and free for labor fee.

5. Warranty scope

Users can call or fax us directly if any problems you can't solve by yourself.

We will respond you within 48 hours and solve the problems for you.

Shall be responsible for the quality of equipment when it operating in a normal use and storage circumstances.

Free repairing and replacement parts for you if any problems due to quality of products.

Users shall inform and give us the detailed written report to state the detailed problems if any normal operating in the warranty period.

6. The following situations are not in the warranty scope

Unauthorized modification, problems due to incorrect use of equipment by the user, any fault or trauma caused by natural factors and war-torn.

Even after the project, still provide you a lifelong persistent maintenance to your system, constantly upgrade and perfect system function and software

Only need the components fee if any increased hardware equipment
